Values-Based Recruiting

We use a Values-Based Recruiting process to determine alignment across subtle attributes such as values, perspectives, and thought processes, which when considered holistically, leads to hiring the “most aligned” candidate or the person who fits with your organization. Some of the factors taken into account include:
